  - Since now only files which have a different ver
    compared to their original xml file will be touched
  - Added checkbox to force patch, this skips above behavior
  - Added option to patch on application start without user interaction
    to do this just call AoC_GUI_Patcher.exe with any command
    line parameter. e.g.: AoC_GUI_Patcher.exe test
  - changed error msg if a file cant open to not mess up output
  - removed necro banner to save space
    *note: Im still unhappy with the whole situation*
