About The Incendiary UI Compilation Pack

v1.41 - The Incendiary UI

The Incendiary UI for Age of Conan Compilation Pack is largely composed of add-ons not designed by the creator of this compilation pack.

I'd like to make it clear, first and foremost, that if any of the creators of any add-ons included in The Incendiary UI for Age of Conan Compilation Pack would like me to remove their add-ons, I will gladly do so as soon as possible.

Secondly, The Incendiary UI for Age of Conan Compilation Pack is based on a 1680x1050 resolution display, thus those with lower resolutions, or even higher resolutions, could experience some compatibility problems. I have no idea if any of that is actually true, I'm just putting out the disclaimer in case there are problems.

- - - Please make a copy of your GUI folder (*:\\Program Files\Funcom\Age of Conan\cd_image\GUI) in a place other than your Age of Conan directory, prior to installing this pack in case of compatibility issues.*****

The Incendiary UI for Age of Conan Compilation Pack also includes some customized adjustments, such as removal of many default elements included on the top edge of the screen and the reduction in size of the buffs near the removed top bar.

The Incendiary UI Compilation Pack for Age of Conan includes elements or the entirety of the following add-ons:

MirageUI by LedMirage - Group window, guild management and social functions, including the colors of friends and guild members in the friends window.

WerikUI by Werik - frames

DargUI by Bgriffs - hotbars

Advanced Video & Control Options by Xabora

OnScreenMessage WITHOUT Bars by Passatuner

Compact Region Map by Vitrious

Marz Hide Gem by Marz311

Inc's adjustments:

-Size of buffs at the top of the screen, removal of the top bar; insignificant and minor alterations to make all included mods compatible.

Resource Waypoints - not included in this pack, but you can see it in the screenshots. I had difficulty installing as described in the readme for this add-on, but instructions are available on the official Age of Conan forum [Crafting sub-forum - Harvesting Nodes Compiled Website].

Also not included are scripts to open your social windows that are not keybind-able, the commands of which can be found in the same thread I used as a guide for making this UI on the official Age of Conan forum [UI & Customization sub-forum - Removing Top Bars and stuff (guide)]. This thread may also be useful for those having trouble making everything in this pack work well for you. I encourage you to make your own adjustments, and do not require that you give me credit for anything included here.

INSTALLATION: Extract the .zip, copy the included GUI folder into your cd_image folder in your Age of Conan directory; located at *:\\Program Files\Funcom\Age of Conan\cd_image\ by default. Select OK to overwrite any files.

I couldn't just extract it to X:\\Program Files\Funcom\Age of Conan\cd-image
like the readme implies
I had to manually copy the default and customized, that are in incendiary UI folder in the zip, into their corresponding places
X:\\Program Files\Funcom\Age of Conan\cd-image\Default
and
X:\\Program Files\Funcom\Age of Conan\cd-image\Customized
and then of course the waypoints addon is its own separate thing if you downloaded that version.

It was worth it tho, I LOVE THIS PACK!
I hope to see it continued to be updated !

Sry, i'm uabe to install it. I always see Standard UI. Finaly i deleted my GUI folder, redownloaded the missing files while update prcoess and then copied your GUI Folder......But still the same. Very strange

Updated. Removed unnecessary files. Added resource waypoints readme and specific folder to be copied seperately from the default and customized folders. Read the readme for instructions.

Thanks for the update, I tried your compilation yesterday and it was broken, so thanks for fixing it. About to try it now.

In your instructions in the readme you say just extract to cd_image folder but you forgot to put in the GUI folder and so i think it currently wouldnt work if you just did that. You need to put the Customized and Default folders inside the GUI folder in Cd_image in the AoC directory (I know you know this hednirvana but im just saying for those who may get confused when extracting the files and it not working).

None of the mods in your compilation worked for me when i loaded the game, I got error messages for all of them and none of them loaded once i actually logged in. I tried putting the folders in both the cd_image folder and the GUI folder and they still didnt work either way. Any ideas ?

It's because of the out of date version numbers in the .xml files, which I've updated today, but you can do yourself easily. The error messages tell you this. :p

I also put the xp bar on the top where the old top bar was, replaced the social functions in the top left, and adjusted buffs and the other components on top to act properly when you hide the xp bar.

I'm currently unable to edit the description of my compilation pack, so until curse fixes it you're screwed.

V1.2 is up on curseforge, will be here shortly.

Yes, it actually will, but you need to bind them to a different part of your ui. Play with it a bit, I forget which bar applies to the left ones, though I think the top is different from the bottom if I remember correctly.

No, you can put your casting bars wherever you'd like by default. I don't know what you're talking about after that. Nor do I know what "bm" is.

Hi m8, this is a great ui thanks using it with a plasure, but could you place a castingbar somewere else? between shortcutbar and hp bar for example, and xp bar, can you doo it more transpherent? not just black, but mb gray or yellow how it orig. was (and bm bit smaller its kinda big)

That has to be an issue with the resolution. I'm sorry, but I don't have the ability to test at that resolution. Those frames are from the WerikUI, though, and I forget where exactly to find the xml that you need.

Love the UI, much better than default and others I've seen; but my prob is I play with 1900x1200 resolution on a 24" widescreen monitor and for some reason my health/end/mana bars of myself and my target do not shoe up, at all. Could you fix this to work with higher resolutions?

Hey, I really like your UI, but the max resolution I have is 1280x1024, and some stuff is running off of the screen. I like this UI more then any out so far, so I want to keep using it. Is there anyway you can make it all fit to 1280x1024, or tell me how I can do it?

Also, this description is outdated.

The social window in the top left corner is there.

I've moved the xp bar to the top of the screen. It will adjust itself when you remove the xp bar. The tabs in the center of the screen have been replaced. The minimap is currently slightly bugged after installing a new addon into the compilation pack, and a new version will hit as soon as I update it from the new patch that hit on Thursday.

Ok just trying out 1.41 atm. Got a few comments.

- Summoning pets makes the minimap go down on the screen with each pet.
- Pet window is too big, probably intended but there is really no use for it to be bigger then standard, rather a smaller pet window as you just need to know what pets are up and how many points ya got left.

Well thats kinda it for the moment, just wanted to report them cause the minimap moving is kinda annoying ;)
