Fix AOC Ping/Latency!

I use to play wow (yea it sucks now) and I found an app that people were using to get their ping down on wow from 300 to 50 ms. I tried it on AOC, my ping went from 350 to around 70ms...

PS - You can edit your computer using TCP Optimizer, just set it to optimized, click apply, restart you pc:
